HHCANY Annual Conference and Trade Show

The 2025 HHCANY Conference and Trade Show will take place on Monday, June 16 and Tuesday, June 17 at the Saratoga Hilton in Saratoga Springs, NY.   

As an approved training provider by the NYS Department of State and IIHIS, HHCANY annually offers 11.5 CE credits that meet both New York State and IIHIS standards for hearing aid dispensers.

This year’s program—the only event in New York State providing 11.5 CE hours in a single conference—includes mandatory NYS topics: infection control, state laws/regulations, and telecoils/ALD technology. Attendees will also enjoy over 4.5 hours of dedicated exhibitor-dispenser interaction in one day, continuing HHCANY’s 25+ year tradition of combining education, networking, and industry innovation.

The conference begins on Monday with Joe Vespe, MS, MBA, President of VespTech, Inc., discussing "Infection Control in the Hearing Healthcare Practice 2025." This is followed by presentations from Rose DuLude, Ph.D., Audiologist with Fuel Medical, on “Elevating the Patient Experience in Hearing Healthcare”, and HHCANY’s new lobbyist, Todd Vandervort of The Vandervort Group, LLC will provide “Updates to New York State Laws and Regulations 2025”. Exhibitors will showcase advanced technology during the HHCANY Signature Classic 'Cracker Barrel' session at the PAC Auction. Lunch with the exhibitors will be followed by presentations by Stefan Fosco, Au.D., a licensed audiologist with Audiologic Solutions on “Managing Threats to the Hearing Aid Delivery Model”; Audiologist Dara Kelly, Au.D.,  on “REM Use for Hearing Aid Fittings and Best Outcomes”; and Eric Freeman, BC-HIS, a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist with All Ears Audiology, on “Telecoil/Hearing Through the Noise”.  Join the Board and Officers of HHCANY Monday evening for cocktails and appetizers, culminating in the traditional "Hearing Folks Sing" open acoustic jam session.

Tuesday's session starts at 8:00 a.m. with Doug Beck, Au.D., discussing “Issues in Custom Fitting and OTC Hearing Aid Products”, immediately followed by the Annual Membership Meeting at 10:00am.  The conference concludes with Neuroscientist Keith Darrow, Au.D., presenting on “Considerations for Cognitive Screenings in Hearing Healthcare”.

The Conference also provides the opportunity to interact with exhibitors and learn about the latest technological advances in hearing instruments.
