The Hilton is once again offering special conference rates for Sunday and Monday nights. HHCANY Protects You and Your Businesses Under the Watchful Eye of our Registered Lobbyist in NYS

HHCANY has a professional lobbyist in Albany, Todd Vandervort of The Vandervort Group, LLC who represents us individually and our businesses to advocate for legislative proposals that help to advance our profession and protect us from onerous laws and regulations.

HHCANY's PAC Ensures Our Voices are Heard in the NYS Senate and Assembly

Since we established our own governing law in 1998, we have championed legislation establishing dispensing regulations (Article 37A of the General Business Law). We also created a PAC that is funded by our members and member companies. The PAC allows us to raise money to contribute to legislators' campaigns and political parties, engage in political advocacy, and participate in the legislative process in Albany. Your contributions have been instrumental in advancing these initiatives, and we deeply appreciate your ongoing support.

Dispensing Members

Payment by Check is $300; Credit Card Payment is $309. A Dispensing Member (also known as a “Hearing Aid Dispenser” and/or “Dispensing Audiologist”) is any individual engaged in the fitting, renting, selling and/or servicing of hearing instruments, hearing amplification devices, and/or accessories to the public. Associate Members

Payment by Check is $150; Credit Card Payment is $155

An Associate Member may be any individual, corporation, firm, business, or other legal entity who is not a registered hearing aid dispenser but is involved directly or indirectly in the hearing instrument industry or in the providing of related hearing health care services or products. Student Members and Emeritus Members

Payment by Check is $50; Credit Card Payment is $52

A Student Member may be any individual who is either a registered trainee or a student currently New York State. Student online form is available HERE.

A Dispensing Member Emeritus is an individual who has been a dispensing member of HHCANY for at least ten of the last fifteen years but is no longer actively dispensing. Emeritus Online Form HERE.
